| Holiday Inn in Northeast Pa has the best customer service I've ever encountered. The staff and manager were very pleasant and really made our stay enjoyable.
I used the handicapped room and was impressed with the size and comfort. Plenty of room to maneuver my wheelchair around the room and the bathroom was very roomy and wheelchair friendly. |

| Picked this hotel based on location off of I90. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The local restaurant next door was fine, but had a limited menu. We would stop again. The room rate was better than the other chain hotels 15 miles West in Erie. |

| This is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The employees were friendly and knowledgable about the surrounding area. Also, the continental breakfast was the best I've ever had at any hotel. The pool area was clean and well lit. My family and I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. |

| The Hotel is situated off the expressway. There are no conveniences close by.
Was disappointed to find that the floors were extremely noisy. You could hear the people walking on the floors above the room. Was woken up early 2 days in a row because of the children above. |

| this hotel met our needs for the evening/it was clean and had a nice continental bfast in the am;it was not as close to the erie restaurants as we thought;but had a nice bar type restaurant in the parking lot that had good food and excellent service |
