| rooms were very nice considering the price. staff was very helpful with anything needed. restaurant/bar on site has terrific food. free shuttle to casino was not available on sunday as my only complaint. great place at a great price. will stay here quite a bit more often |

| This hotel is great for a short weekend getaway. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The bar attached to the lobby has excellent food & the drink prices are reasonable. The shuttle to the casino is very convenient, although I think it should run a bit longer in the evening. The hotel gives you $7.00 to cash in at the casino, which is nice. The room was very clean, but a little small if you are planning on being there longer than a few nights. Extemely clean rooms but a bit outdated, but how much time do you spend in the room anyway. |

| I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They had a nice bar/restaurant with an excellent pizza. It was nice on a cold night to have a restaurant in the hotel.
Excellent breakfast. My only complaint was that the coffee was lousy, but I guess you can't have everything. I'd stay there again. |

| We were very disappointed in the condition of this Quality Inn. The shower wall was cracked, where mold and germs could easily hide. The ceiling had a rusty covered junction box over the shower. No exhaust vent, very steamy during shower. Flushing the toilet was an adventure in itself.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Well taken care of and well stocked. |

| We checked in without a problem and was on the first floor and non-smoking room. You have noise from the second floor above you if you are close to a stairway or an ice machine. We had both beside and above us, so had occasional noise from that. It was President's Day weekend so was grateful to get a room on short notice. Their breakfast buffet is very good and the room is large and clean. Also, the lobby is very nice and decorated lovely. If it was summer, we could have used the outdoor pool. There is no gym, but with lots to shop for in Erie, you get your exercise regardless. We would return to this hotel, definitely. |

| The Quality Inn offered the best of convenience to the consino. The ease of registering was great due to the confirmation. We'll stay the again. |

| room was small, but adequate and clean. This is more of a 'motel' with all rooms having exterior doors. locations was good with convenient access to the highway, casino, gas stations, Tim Horton's, etc. |

| We had an enjoyable stay. The front desk staff was very nice, gave us a map so we could easily find our room. The room was clean and very large. Also, the jacuzzi tub in the room was huge and it was also very clean. One complaint I have was the mattress was very firm, it wasn't horribly uncomfortable. I just prefer a softer mattress. But it was a huge bed and the pillows were nice and soft. The other complaint I have is that there is menu on top of the TV for the hotel restaurant saying that there is a limited menu at night and that they are open until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights. I was fine with the limited menu (pizza and chicken wings), but when my husband called at 12:30am on Saturday night to order us some pizza we were told the hotel restaurant closes at 11pm. So they need to update those menus. But overall it was great stay and if you are looking to be close to the casino it is the perfect spot and the hotel close to some other bars and restaurants as well. |

| Not only did I enjoy the convenient location of this hotel in regards to the Casino but the hospitality of the staff was above what I expected. The rooms were comfortable & clean and the bed was not too hard nor to soft. I didn't want to get out of it in the morning! The hot breakfast which was included free for reserving the room was delicious & plentiful. Having a free shuttle to & from the Casino was an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to others & look forward to returning myself. |
