Recent Quality Fairview Review: "When I walked into the lobby to check in, the manager informed me that the restaurant had "the best strip steak in the area". This caused fits of giggles for my husband and myself, since there was no other restaurant to be seen. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we ordered. The strip steak was REALLY good! The restaurant is very casual and  food choices are limited. While you can order alcohol, that too is limited to a hand-written piece of paper. We were a bit concerned when we saw a country band unloading their equipment into the saloon underneath the restaurant, which had an entrance from the parking lot outside our window. However, once we were in our room, we heard nothing from either the band or patrons. The rooms are well sound-proofed. The room was clean and comfortable, with 4 pillows on each of the double beds, and the bathroom was clean and well-provisioned. The one downside to our stay was that it was September 10th and the temperature was in the mid-70s, but the pool was closed for the season. After a long trip and with very little to see or do in the surrounding, rather depressed, area, it would have been nice to have the option of swimming. All in all, this was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend the hotel to those traveling around Erie, PA, since it's easy access from I-90."
